Dear Colleague:

With the preparations for the 2008 Conference of the AoM/IAoM well under way, I personally extend a warm invitation to members of the academe to join me in this year’s conference activities. The AoM/IAoM offers academics a wide range of presentation formats for the dissemination of their work, a vibrant international network of colleagues to dialogue with during the day of the conference and upon return to your domicile and a portfolio of journals that is at your disposal to take your conference presentation and proceedings paper to the next level.

We are proud to introduce MELT as the organizing paradigm for this year’s conference and trust that you find this model intellectual challenging and provocative since it may offer a useful framework beyond the context of this conference for your teaching and research as well.
